buying skill off npc in factions+prophits - Guild Wars Forums

ok I heard some npc's offer more skills then others in the same continent it their a map or list that shows what npc's offer all the skills?

You can always buy the unlock pack, and get any skill from that campaign in a skill trainer from that campaign.

or you could PvP and unlock via balth faction, though that's no longer a smart way to go about things as getting zkeys would be better.
